Why the next 30 days truly matters...
Happy December my friends!
Thanksgiving just happened and I know some of you might be feeling a little guilty for feeling less than 100% after that second helping of pie or third round of mashed potatoes…
Let me first say: you all rallied this weekend by showing up for class, and also… you’re fine!! It’s good to live a little.
But here’s the truth: it’s never one indulgent meal that gets you. It’s what happens over this next month.
We’re entering a season filled with holiday gatherings, sugar everywhere, late nights, travel, big dinners, and that “I’ll get back on track in January” mindset.
The good news is that you have complete control over how you move through this season.
Your body thrives on consistency.
Your joints, your strength, your nervous system, your energy… they all respond to what you do daily.
December a month where staying committed to your practice truly matters. You don’t have to be perfect. Just consistent.
Every time you show up you’re choosing presence over distraction, alignment over stress, strength over stagnation, and self-respect over excuses.
Daily movement is non-negotiable…not because of discipline, but because of how good you feel when you prioritize it. And the more hectic life gets, the more your body actually needs it.
So this December, double down on your commitment to yourself!!
Keep showing up. Keep moving. Keep working to build strength, balance, mobility, and peace — especially when life gets busy and chaotic!
Let’s finish the year grounded, strong, present, and proud of how we moved through it. This is the final chapter of 2025. May you release everything that’s no longer serving you so you can create space for all the blessings that are about to unfold!
I’ve added another weights class and a restorative class to the schedule to give you even more opportunities to move, reset, and stay connected. Book a class in the studio here. And now until December 6, annual online memberships are on sale if you want the flexibility to practice more often at home.
Take advantage of these offerings, stay committed, stay strong, and prioritize movement every single day so you can enjoy the holidays without feeling like you overdid it.
