Studio Pricing

Studio Information:

Everything you need for your practice will be provided at the studio, including yoga mats. All equipment is cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival, and the room is fully set up in advance with the props we'll be using that day. Just bring yourself!

Waitlist & Pre-Registration Policies:

Classes often go on a waitlist and pre-registration is required.

If a class is full and you’d like to attend, please add yourself to the waitlist. If a spot opens, you’ll be notified by email and must click “Confirm” in that email to reserve your place. If you do not confirm, the spot will be offered to the next person on the list.

The studio cannot accept walk-ins. Please book in advance to secure your spot!

Class Cancellation Policy

To help us accommodate waitlisted students and give them enough time to adjust their schedules, we require class cancellations to be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a $25 fee. This policy is designed to encourage students to commit to the classes they ​b​ook, ​and also to be mindful of their ​cancelations, preventing last-minute absences that leave spots unused​.

We understand that unexpected situations come up. If you need to cancel due to illness or an emergency, please contact us directly.

Studio Access:

The studio opens 15 minutes before class begins to allow us enough time for cleaning, setup, and preparation. We kindly ask that you please avoid arriving earlier so we can ensure everything is ready for you.

Please No Scented Products:

Out of respect for those with allergies and sensitivities, please avoid wearing fragrances or scented personal products when coming to the studio.

Schedule Changes:

The weekly schedule is subject to changes, based on the season and availability. Changes to the class schedule do not qualify for refunds.

Single Session & Class Pass Policies:

• 5 class passes expire after 45 days.

• 10 class passes expire after 90 days.

• Single sessions and class passes are for individual use only and are final sale, non-refundable and non-transferable.

• You may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of a class.

• After three consecutive cancellations, one session will be forfeited from your pass.

• If you’ve booked a single session, it will be considered void after 3 consecutive cancellations.

• Refunds will not be issued for cancelations, but if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, your account will be credited for that session.

Monthly Membership Terms & Conditions:

The Monthly Membership is for students who are committed to practicing regularly. It renews automatically each month, with a 3-month minimum commitment.

Monthly members may attend up to one class per day.

Because space is limited, we can only offer a set number of memberships at a time. If you choose to cancel, there’s no guarantee a spot will be available later, so please keep that in mind before making changes.

If you plan to attend 1-2 classes a week or 6 classes a month, the membership gives you the best value for your investment. Contact us to check current availability.

Payment Declines & Late Fees

• If your autopay fails, you will be notified immediately.

• A $25 failed payment fee will be applied if the balance is not resolved within 5 days.

• If the balance remains unpaid beyond this period, an additional $30 fee will be applied and access to classes will be suspended until the account is brought current.

Membership Cancellation Policy:

A written notice of cancellation is required at least 7 days prior to the start of your next billing cycle to process your request. This ensures we have adequate time to update your account and avoid future charges. Written notices can be submitted through our contact form.

If you request to cancel your monthly membership before the renewal date for the current month, a prorated refund will not be issued. Additionally, refunds will not be issued for memberships that are canceled after they have already renewed.

Special Events Cancelation Policy:

All special event sales are considered final and non-refundable.
